The 1000E Z-Grills pellet barbecue allows you, by choosing different qualities of pellets, to lend yours dishes different flavours. The integrated fan distributes the temperature evenly inside the cooking chamber. The barbecue independently manages the supply of pellets to liven up the flame by sourcing directly from the 9 kg capacity side tank.
Operating the barbecue is very simple with the controls on the side panel, once switched it on, you will only have to set the temperature that will be maintained independently by the barbecue. The maximum reachable temperature is 230°.
The large cooking chamber holds three grills positioned on three different levels; this will allow you to cook a large quantity of food at the same time with the certainty that cooking will be uniform on all the three levels.
The 1000E barbecue is equipped with a side shelf with hooks on which you can hang your kitchen tools. In addition, the structure of the barbecue holds a useful cabinet to store everything you need for your grills.
The wheels with their locking system will allow you to move and secure the barbecue in the chosen position, while the bag supplied will protect it when you are not using it.
